A big cleanup, and search that got faster and smarter

This is the boring work. The kind nobody claps for, the kind that quietly decides whether the rest is any good.

First, the cleanup. A sweep across every manual killed thousands of dead links and unreachable pages.

Pages with no printed number, or a duplicate code, now get a stable address, so content that was effectively lost is back. Blank pages that were really full-width wiring foldouts render properly again. Section icons and page titles got tidied while I was in there.

Second, search. The index is about half the size, so it loads quicker on mobile data. Exact codes behave now, so a fault code or a page number is not swapped for a near miss. Results split into manual pages and parts, with counts, recent searches, and highlighted titles.

Less broken, quicker to search. Nobody will ever notice, which is exactly the point.
