New Manual: Bug-Eyed Rally Champion
The GD bugeye. Round headlights, an EJ boxer that sounds like nothing else, and all four wheels driven. It belongs to a club member, and it was by far the hardest manual we have taken on.

Over three thousand pages. The 80s Japanese books are polite little pamphlets by comparison.
It is a 2000s manual, a more modern writing style, split across volumes. Nothing about it matched the pattern I was used to. So it went up carefully and in stages, the first volume and the SOHC engine pages first, with the section codes kept exactly right so nothing points to the wrong place. Boxers are fiddly enough without the manual fighting you too.
